In-house publishing is a very compelling concept.

1. total control of and managing the entire process of putting together a publication.

2. a 20% - 30% profit from an in-house publishing project is a reasonable expectation.

3. control over editorial content.

4. using local members.


Ken Oplinger, CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of the Santa Barbara Region in California, brought his Directory in-house and hired CMP to manage the project.  Ken really defines well how CMP helped with his publication.
